APPRENTICE PROVIDES NATIONAL SUPPORT TO BUSINESSES
A trainee IT technician is travelling across the country to provide businesses with expert technical support.
Harry Archer is currently employed at timeware (UK) Ltd, where he is completing his Level 2 IT Professional apprenticeship working as a Field Technician. Here, Harry is installing IT software, fixing issues and providing demonstrations.
The 23 year old is looking after businesses from a wide range of industries including automotive, hospitality, engineering and manufacturing. timeware (UK) Ltd, a manufacturer and installer of workforce management solutions, supplies over 6,500 customers across the UK, Ireland and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Harry, who lives in Bury and is a former Bury Church of England High School pupil said, “My apprenticeship is good and I find it interesting. I like my assessor, he visits me regularly and I know I can ask any questions. I would definitely recommend the apprenticeship route because you are learning whilst doing.”
