Ideal for all budding entrepreneurs, our industry-led Business courses provide the opportunity to study all the different aspects of business, as well as improve your employability skills.

You will develop exceptional organisational and time management skills in order to meet regular coursework deadlines, communication skills to help you work in teams as well as complete independent research, and study skills that will be essential for higher education or the workplace.

You will have the opportunity to take part in fundraising events, entrepreneurial events, sport and fitness activities, course related study visits and careers events.

  • Enterprise
  • Recruitment and selection

This programme includes a Transition Module and 5-day work placement to support progression on to a T Level in Management and Administration.

2 out of 12 units are externally assessed (exams). The other 10 are internally assessed coursework made up of written assignments, role play/group work, presentations and discussions.

To support your organisational skills you will be required to carry the appropriate stationery and equipment for each lesson.

You will also engage in the Positive Futures Careers Programme, developing key employability skills through a diverse range of activities including work placements, volunteering, employer talks, industry study visits and employment and university fairs.

For Level 2 Business: 4 GCSEs at grade 9-3 (including Maths and English Language) OR GCSE 9-3 in Maths & English Language and grade MM on the Leve1 Business Course.
