About the vacancy

Immediate start for an enthusiastic apprentice to join the team at Blacks Business Brokers. Are you wishing to gain experience in customer service? Are you seeking a fresh challenge?   • Launching new businesses on to the market
  • Inputting client’s details and updating client records
  • Providing weekly and even daily updates to our client on the phone and by email
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Researching potential business buyers online
  • Supporting team members
  • Speaking to customers to enquire if they wish to sell their business

You will receive the following training:

  • Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Level 2
  • This qualification requires college attendance once per month
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required

Outcome

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

The starting salary is £12,480.00 for 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.

The apprenticeship will run for 16 Months, starting on Monday, June 03 2024. Applications close on Friday, May 24 2024.
