About the vacancy

Immediate start to work within a modern office environment amongst a small friendly team for a fast-paced and growing business based in Heywood. We are looking to invest in an apprentice who wants to progress and grow in a company that offers excellent long-term career progression, is forward thinking and customer focused.

  • To assist with general office duties
  • Interaction with customers
  • Understanding the core values of the organisation
  • Update in-house systems with client queries
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Collating mail daily and updating the database
  • Explain the options and discuss the benefits of the products and services
  • Deal with complex complaints and issues and be able to resolve
  • KPIs in place and understand how performance is measured
  • Scanning and posting
  • Any other admin duties requested when required

You will receive the following training:

Customer Service Practitioner L2 Standard, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

This qualification requires college attendance one day each month

Outcome

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

The starting salary is £9,984.00 for 30 hours Monday to Thursday 10.00am - 4.30pm Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm Half an hour for lunch.

The apprenticeship will run for 16 Months, starting on Monday, June 03 2024. Applications close on Friday, May 24 2024.
