For many Bury College Apprentices, their journey starts at Mulberry Bush with a passion for childcare and grows into a fulfilling, long-term career.

Chloe, a former Apprentice, shares her experience: “When I finished my Apprenticeship, I was kept on full-time at Mulberry Bush in the baby room. I’ve since been promoted to Deputy of that room.”

Tilly, a current Apprentice at the nursery, adds: “I love everything about Mulberry Bush and the best thing about doing my Apprenticeship is getting the real-life experience, whilst learning.”
