If you have been offered a place at Bury College but haven't completed your enrolment yet, we're here to help.
You can come along to one of our Enrolment Support drop-in sessions to discuss your options and speak to a member of our team about your next steps.

Enrolment Support drop-in sessions
Our Enrolment Support team is available at Bury College, Woodbury Centre, Market Street, Bury, BL9 0BG.
Come along during one of the sessions below and speak to a member of staff face-to-face. No appointment is required.
Drop-in dates and times:
- Monday - Thursday: 4.30 - 6.15pm
- Friday: 2.30 - 4pm

Need help with your enrolment?
I haven't completed my online enrolment
To begin the enrolment process, you need to complete Step One of the enrolment process on the Student Portal.
You will also need to complete Step Two by uploading your results to the Student Enrolment Portal.

Alternatively, you can come along to one of our Enrolment Support drop-in sessions for face-to-face support.
I haven't received my enrolment information
Firstly, check that you have completed Step One of the enrolment process on the Student Enrolment Portal.
You will also need to complete Step Two by uploading your grades.
If you have completed both steps but haven't received your enrolment information, please contact the Admissions Team on 0161 280 8200.
I want to change my course
If you have decided that you would like to change to a different course area, our Course Query Team can discuss your options with you.
Please contact the Course Query Team on 0161 280 8300. They will arrange a further appointment with the relevant curriculum team.
If you are considering a different course or career option but aren't sure which direction is right for you, our General Advice Team can also help you explore your options.

I didn't get the results I needed
Don't worry if your results haven't worked out how you'd hoped. There may still be alternative options available to you at Bury College.
Our team can discuss your results with you and help you explore the courses available.
For vocational courses, there are multiple levels within each curriculum area. If you still wish to study in the same subject area, your options can be discussed as part of the enrolment process.
If you haven't achieved the entry requirements for A Levels, there may be a Vocational or T Level course that could be a suitable alternative.

Once you have been made an offer to study with us, you will need to enrol.
Enrolment is where you confirm and finalise your place as a student at the College.
Enrolment takes place during the summer before you start your course. If you haven't yet enrolled, please attend one of our Enrolment Support drop-in sessions or contact the Admissions Team for advice.
Once you have completed the required online enrolment steps, you will receive information confirming your enrolment arrangements.
If you haven't received your information, please contact the Admissions Team on 0161 280 8200.
If you have been given an appointment but are unable to attend, please contact the Admissions Team on 0161 280 8200 as soon as possible.
The enrolment process involves completing your enrolment details online, uploading your results and completing the required enrolment arrangements to confirm your place.
If you are an applicant, please bring the following with you when you come in to enrol:
- proof of ID
- proof of exam results including English and Maths
- student support evidence (such as proof of benefits)
- method of payment (where appropriate)
If you haven't achieved the grades required for your chosen course, don't worry. Our team can discuss your results with you and help you explore alternative options.
