Bury College is proud to have the support of the whole of our college community in raising funds for a range of charities, both national and regional.

Our staff and students actively participate in fundraising by donating food and essential items to local food banks and networks, supporting national charity events, and taking on personal challenges like marathons and charity walks to raise funds.

As a college, we have so far raised funds for the below charities this past academic year (2024/25):

  • Lady Locks (£635.35)
  • Pride (£87)
  • Royal British Legion (£7,207.97)
