Glosta Engineering is a family-run engineering and manufacturing company based at Bealey Industrial Estate in Radcliffe, Manchester. The business has a long-established history dating back to 1973 and specialises in the design and manufacture of skips, containers and bespoke steel products for customers across the UK.
The company works with customers across the waste, recycling, reclamation and other industries, providing a range of standard and custom-made products to meet individual customer requirements. Glosta Engineering also manufactures structural steel frames and develops bespoke engineering solutions for a variety of applications.
Glosta Engineering takes pride in providing a personal and professional service to its customers, working closely with them to understand their requirements and provide high-quality products and support. The company continues to develop new products and services while maintaining strong relationships with its existing customers.
Based in Radcliffe, the company operates from its own engineering and manufacturing premises and provides products to customers nationally and internationally. This is an entry-level role supported by government's youth employment schemes available for 16 – 24 year olds. Our funding for this vacancy utilises the department for education’s new £2,000 Apprenticeship Hiring Payment (for more information on eligibility please see further details on the government website – https://www.gov.uk/employing-an-apprentice/get-funding.

The starting salary is £16,640 a year for 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4.30pm.
