About the vacancy

Immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our busy dental hospital. We are looking for a receptionist apprentice for an exciting role working within the team.

  • General everyday admin tasks
  • Answering the phone internal and external
  • Taking bookings and checking in and out for appointments
  • Sending and receiving of emails
  • Liaising with other parties
  • Taking payments
  • Organisation skills

You will receive the following training:

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • This qualification requires college attendance one day a month.

Outcome

The starting salary is £15,600 a year for 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm Saturday on rota system..

The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months.
