1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Bury College.
  3. To be eligible to enter you must have attended our Open Event on Thursday 20th March and have completed our Open Event Feedback survey.
  4. Bury College staff members and their immediate family members are excluded from the draw.
  5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  6. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  7. The prize draw is free to enter.
  8. To enter you must have completed our Open Event Feedback survey by midday on Friday 28th March. You must also supply your contact details at the end of the survey.
  9. The prize will be one £25 Amazon voucher.
  10. The winner will be drawn at random.
  11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  12. The winner will be notified after Friday 28th March via the email/mobile number provided when entering the prize draw.
  13. Bury College will attempt to contact the winner by email/phone up to two times.
  14. If the winner does not respond to the emails/phone calls notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email/phone call, they will lose their right to the prize, and Bury College reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
  15. Please allow 7 days for delivery of the voucher, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
  16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Bury College for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

  18. Bury College reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
