Uniform and equipment requirements?
To ensure a smooth start to your Building Services programme, we have arranged for you to be able to view and purchase Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) prior to the commencement of your course.
The PPE equipment required will cost £30.00 and consist of the following:
Bury College Coveralls, Safety glasses and Gloves
Steel Toe Cap Boots
Steel toe cap boots are a mandatory requirement for these courses. These are to be purchased independently - advice will be given at enrolment.
Lockers
Lockers can be purchased at a cost of £10 which is returnable once they key to the locker is returned.

Financial Support
The college can provide financial assistance for purchasing uniform and/or equipment resources through the Financial Support Schemes (i.e. bursary) – Details of which will be provided and discussed at enrolment. Any further information required regarding financial support available can be found on our Student Support page. The student services team will also be available during enrolment.
