Immediate start at Surefreight for the right person to join our small and friendly team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Liaise with various carriers and hauliers
Taking bookings by telephone and email
Building /creating jobs (multi-freight)
Customs preparation - CDS / Thyme-it / TSS entries
Booking in final deliveries
Filing and post
Weekly min 6 hour off the job training
You will receive the following training:
The starting salary is £14,722.50 to £23,809.50 a year for 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months.

Two dedicated apprentices working in a local nursery are proving that it’s never too late to upskill, thanks to the Early Years Level 5 Apprenticeship offered at Bury College.
Our art students have brought a splash of colour and creativity to Bury Hospice with a striking new mural celebrating the spirit of the local community. Painted by students from the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, the mural features vibrant hydrangeas and iconic Manchester Bees, symbolising unity, resilience, and the six towns of Bury.
