About the vacancy
Immediate start to join our skilled and friendly team within a well-established nursery. You will be working alongside a professional and experienced team, learning a range of skills to develop a career working in an Early Year’s setting. You will receive high quality training in all aspects of Childcare with the support of the Manager.
Ensuring safety of children at all times
Supervising outdoor play
Supporting development through play
To plan and carry out activities
Preparing and feeding children
Keeping the nursery clean
Dealing with parents and any paperwork that needs completing
To attend additional training as required i.e. First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene
To ensure that all Safeguarding Procedures are followed
You will be supported throughout your training and treated as a valuable member of staff
You will receive the following training:
Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Standard
Level 2 Diploma for the Early years practitioner

On successful completion of your apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent contract and career progression across both settings
The starting salary is £15,704 a year for 40 hours Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm..
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months, starting on Monday, June 16 2025. Applications close on Friday, June 06 2025.
