About the vacancy
We are looking for an apprentice receptionist for an exciting role. The apprentice would need to be hard working, have a friendly nature about them, be confident, and be able to learn how to deal with patients in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
General everyday admin tasks
Answering the phone internal and external calls
Taking bookings and checking in and out for appointments
Sending and receiving of emails
Liaising with other patients
You will receive the following training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
This is a work-based qualification with monthly college attendance

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
The starting salary is £14,722.50 a year for 37.5 hours Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8.45am - 5.15pm.
Tuesday: 8:45am - 6:15pm.
Friday: 7.45am - 3.15pm.
1 hour lunch..
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months.
