About the vacancy

An opportunity has arisen for a varied and interesting role working as part of a team in a busy fully accredited Security Company as a Customer Service Advisor to provide an efficient and excellent service to our customers. The role is full time and office based.

Duties will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email and accurately recording details of discussions.
  • General administrative duties including typing specifications, quotes, orders, scanning/photocopying, mail, shredding, updating records.
  • To liaise with our engineering department in handing out jobs for engineers and preparing job packs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing updates to customers in line with customer service level agreements and ability to service the customer requirements.
  • Full training will be provided.

You will receive the following training:

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

College attendance maybe required for Functional Skills and also timetabled monthly classes tbc.  

Outcome

We are looking for someone who shares our values and vision to complete the initial apprenticeship and progress with us into a more senior role with-in the company. We believe in helping people become the best they can be and succeed in their professional life.

The starting salary is £180.25 for 35 hours Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00..

The apprenticeship will run for 16 months, starting on Monday, January 23 2023. Applications close on Friday, January 13 2023.
