Nicola chose to complete an apprenticeship for both her personal and professional development and as a result of completing an apprenticeship, now believes her interpersonal and empathy skills have developed.

Nicola said, “My apprenticeship has helped to increase my confidence in my every day work as I learnt skills in how to adapt and deal with various situations, as well as teaching me different ways of working. I would recommend Bury College Apprenticeships to anyone wishing to further their career or for their personal development. At times I found it quite hard-going and struggled to keep on track, but my tutor was extremely motivational and easily accessible.”
