The University of Salford is offering degree scholarships to students from Bury College who are continuing their studies to undergraduate courses in selected subjects.

The Al Habeeb Scholarship offers students from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to further their studies.

Funded by the generosity of Mohammad Habeebullah OBE JP, CEO and Trustee of the Al Habeeb Foundation, the scholarship supports one student each year who progresses to the University of Salford after completing selected Higher National Certificate (HNC) courses at Bury College University Centre.

This cash scholarship is intended to help with living costs, travel, and other expenses. It does not cover tuition fees.

Bury College University Centre is committed to improving social mobility at all levels of study and raising the aspirations of students across the region, regardless of their background.
