You will be trained in all aspects of dental nursing and supported by a Learning & Skills Coach from Bury College during your training.
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and able individual to train as a dental nurse. You will be completing a wide range of duties involved with assisting the dentist in the care of customers. These will include:
You will receive the following training:
Dental Nurse GDC 2023 Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
Level 3 Dental Nursing Practitioner Diploma.
This is a work-based qualification with timetabled classes every week. College attendance may also be required for Functional Skills.
Subject to a successful apprenticeship completion, you will be employed by the company.
The starting salary is £14,526.20 a year for 37 hours 8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 8.00am - 7.00pm, Tuesday. 8.00am - 12.00 noon on Friday..
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 9 Months.

Our art students have brought a splash of colour and creativity to Bury Hospice with a striking new mural celebrating the spirit of the local community. Painted by students from the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, the mural features vibrant hydrangeas and iconic Manchester Bees, symbolising unity, resilience, and the six towns of Bury.
