For those interested in learning how to bake and make delicious cakes, pastries and bread then this is the course for you. No previous skills or experience is necessary, please just come along and enjoy the art of baking!
As an adult learner studying a Catering and Hospitality course, you will benefit from a brand-new training kitchen and have access to the latest industry facilities.
This exciting development will give you the opportunity to work in a new hospitality training environment supporting you to develop a range of food preparation skills and experience a cutting-edge live working environment.

Week 5 - Flapjacks and Traybakes

Week 7 - Genoise Sponge Cake

Many of our adult learners pay for their Level 3 and above courses with an Advanced Learner Loan. If a loan is available this is indicated in the course details. It’s easy to apply, your household income isn’t taken into account and there are no credit checks. You only need to start paying back your Advanced Learner Loan when you are earning more than £25,000 per year.
