You will learn a variety of preparation, cooking, and finishing techniques, allowing you to create both hot and cold desserts and pastries.
A former student, Amy Gregson, loved the course and used it to find employment in the industry. She said: “I've learnt many baking skills, the one I'm most proud of is being able to make choux pastry which has always seemed so intimidating, but after receiving great support from my tutors, I’m now treating everyone around me with éclairs and profiteroles!”
As an adult learner studying a Catering and Hospitality course, you will benefit from a brand-new training kitchen and have access to the latest industry facilities.

Many of our adult learners pay for their Level 3 and above courses with an Advanced Learner Loan. If a loan is available this is indicated in the course details. You only need to start paying back your Advanced Learner Loan when you are earning more than £25,000 per year.
