Level 3 Travel and Tourism students impressed the public with their confidence and professionalism when they were on board the East Lancashire Railway Santa Specials train. The students undertook a range of roles including volunteering as a Steward and supporting the Badge Desk.
Students were praised by staff from East Lancashire Railway for using their initiative, displaying excellent customer service and showing great commitment in their roles. The general public were equally as impressed, with one visitor leaving a 5* TripAdvisor review describing the students as “two stewards who were good fun and seemed to be enjoying the day.”
