The topics studied on this course are:
- Health, safety and welfare in construction and associated industries
- Knowledge of technical information, quantities, and communicating with others
- Knowledge of construction technology
- Construct block walling
- Construct brick walling
- Construct cavity walling
- Setting out for basic masonry structures
- Mix construction materials
Assessments are throughout the year, at the end of each unit. Assessment include practical observations and theory based question papers.
