The curriculum is tailored around the student group and individual outcomes, with the focus on improving and promoting independence and building self-confidence. You will have the opportunity to gain an AIM Entry Level Award, Certificate or Diploma in Personal Social Development. You will also study English and maths dependent on individual assessment results and could gain a Functional Skills Qualification at an appropriate level.

Assessment is captured in a variety of ways including: Photographic evidence, observation/witness statements, some written work, tutor statements, real word environment.
As part of our Independent Living pathway, there will be trips and visits to develop socially and academically. There will be additional costs for these. Students take part in Community Day where they will visit different venues and areas with the Greater Manchester area.
