Once we have received your application you will be invited into college for a 30 minute interview and if necessary, to complete maths and/ or English assessments. If you pass this stage we will forward your CV to the employer who will then decide to invite you for the second interview.
Immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our small but busy online store. We’re looking for a positive, energetic apprentice to work in our busy Customer Service & IT Team for online sales. You will be fully supported in your job role with a member of staff. Duties include live Interaction with internal and external customers.
You will receive the following training:
Customer Service Practitioner Standard L2.
This is a work-based qualification with college attendance one day a month.
On completion of the apprenticeship you may be considered for a role within the company.
The starting salary is £12,480.00 for 37.5 hours Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
The apprenticeship will run for 16 Months, starting on Monday, July 29 2024. Applications close on Friday, July 19 2024.
