About the vacancy

Immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our small but busy online store. We’re looking for a positive, energetic apprentice to work in our busy Customer Service & IT Team for online sales. You will be fully supported in your job role with a member of staff. Duties include live Interaction with internal and external customers.

  • Live Interaction with internal and external customers
  • Diverse customer base with complex needs
  • Discuss customers needs
  • Explain about the products and services available
  • Handling of complex queries/complaints
  • Printing off orders daily
  • Understanding the core values of the business
  • Telephone enquiries/answering emails
  • Analyse data and recommend improvements
  • Using Linnworks
  • Listing products
  • General admin duties

You will receive the following training:

Customer Service Practitioner Standard L2.

This is a work-based qualification with college attendance one day a month.

Outcome

On completion of the apprenticeship you may be considered for a role within the company.

The starting salary is £12,480 a year for 37.5 hours Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months, starting on Monday, February 17 2025. Applications close on Friday, February 07 2025.
