About the vacancy

Immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our small but busy dental practice. We are looking for a receptionist apprentice for an exciting role working within a small team.

  • General everyday admin tasks
  • Live interaction with patients either on the phone and face to face
  • Taking bookings and checking in and out for appointments
  • Sending and receiving of emails
  • Explaining options and discussing the benefits of treatments
  • Understanding the core values of the organisation
  • Liasing with other parties
  • Analyse data
  • Be able to deal with complex complaints and issues and be able to resolve
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Cleaning

You will receive the following training:

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • College attendance required one day a month

The starting salary is £12,480.00 for 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
