ESOL (English as a Second Language) learners from our Step Up to Prospects course recently celebrated their achievements over the last year.
Applying for our apprenticeship vacancies could not be simpler. About the vacancy
Immediate start to join our small and friendly team. If you would like a career as a dental nurse with a well-established practice located in Prestwich/Salford this could be the role for you. You will receive high quality training in all aspects of dental with the support of the manager/team in conjunction with Bury College as the training provider
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and able individual to train as a dental nurse.
You will be completing a wide range of duties involved with assisting the dentist in the care of customers. These will include:
- Chairside assistance – passing instruments to the dentist
- Updating patient records as instructed by the dentist
- Setting up and preparing the surgery
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Keeping patient information confidential
- Following all workplace policies and procedures
You will receive the following training:
Dental nurse integrated level 3 apprenticeship standard.
Weekly college attendance (Thursday) starting September 24.

Working towards a full-time position with the practice.
The starting salary is £12,812.80 for 38.5 hours Mon 9.00am – 5.00pm, Tues 9.00am – 6.00pm, Wed 9.00am – 5.00pm, Thursday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm..
The apprenticeship will run for 21 Months, starting on Monday, August 12 2024. Applications close on Friday, August 02 2024.
