Making the right decisions about your future is very important and often tricky. This may include decisions about future courses at college, careers, options after college e.g. university, Apprenticeships, jobs.
Bury College recognises this and our Student Services / Guidance team will happily work with you and the National Careers Service to provide you with the information and advice to ensure you are on the right path.
Many of our students want to progress onto a degree programme after finishing at College. Group tutors will help you determine the best courses, and Student Services can help you through the complexity of financing higher education, accommodation etc.
Alternatively, some students want to go straight to work after finishing college. Whatever your progression route, staff can help with mock interviews, CV production, completing application forms and general interview skills. Bury College offers a huge range of Apprenticeships which you may be interested in exploring.
We give confidential, impartial advice and guidance on courses, careers and progression opportunities to help you make decisions about your future learning, career pathway and work.
