Our Beauty Therapy qualifications are designed for those who aspire to work towards becoming a professional Beauty Therapist working in salons or spas’ or in other beauty related industries. We will help you develop skills and techniques to carry out professional beauty treatments following strict industry standard health and safety requirements.
The topics that will be undertaken will develop your skills, knowledge and professional confidence so you are fully equipped to enter the world of work.
The topics studied on this course are:
• Promote and sell products and services to clients
• Anatomy and Physiology
• Provide Body Massage
• Provide Facial Electrotherapy treatments
• Provide Body Electrotherapy treatments
• Provide Dry Spa treatments
• Provide Electrical Epilation
How you will be assessed:
• One externally set and externally marked written theory exam (160 minutes)
• One externally set, internally marked and externally moderated synoptic practical assignment (360 minutes)
• Evidence of employer Involvement
There
